For those of us who come from populations that were persecuted, keeping on and taking breaks is definitely folded in. I appreciate all the neuroplasticy reference. For me, taking up martial arts late last year has made a huge difference in everything from flexibility, to movement, to clarity. You have made your own path as a performer/impressario and some point in the next 18 months I'll be out in SF. Hopefully this will coincide with one of your performances. xx
