As someone who has taken off chunks of weight at a time, I'll offer these tidbits: People may ask you if you're alright, or do you have some illness, that you've gotten so thin. or even, "I didn't recognize you." The trick is to learn to take it as a compliment.

hadn't thought about all the emotional stuff you'd be dealing with. But that's part of what makes you so good as a monologist--you're in touch with your feelings so much. Looking forward to the continuation of this journey.

I’m so glad to read you’re doing so well, and that it appears to be effortless so far. Thirty weeks is a long time, so gird yourself for the journey and know we’re all rooting for you. The habits and comforts of a lifetime can take a while to leave behind. After you finish reading a chapter, maybe go for a walk?
