Hi Josh! Looking forward to seeing you this Friday in San Rafael! It’s been at least a decade since I saw you perform the “Ben Franklin: Unplugged” show in Mill Valley, and perhaps two! I was the person who commented to you about your intermission music coming from the stage production of “1776.”
The AMNH has always been a socialist operation founded by rich people, strange but true. They just want people to see their stuff, your father kinda guessed right.
Wonderful weaving your story through your family and personal struggles and happy memories. No longer an NYC resident, we had to pay to enter the very crowded Natural History Museum. Didn't get to half the exhibits but giant, uh bugs, or prehistoric creatures were amazing.T-rex of course. But the oldest turtle caught my attention. I was going to include a photo of it. Don't see how.
Hey Josh, you amazing human! The American History Museum, no doubt, offered so many a place to make sense of it all. Lately I've been pulled into Robert Sapolsky's writing and YouTube lectures. He discovered his passion there. His work is profound, as is yours. If you haven't already heard of him and care to, check out "A Primate's Memoir," for starters. Meanwhile, thank you for taking such good care of yourself and sharing with us.

Really deep, the deepest yet. The physical armor is gone, and now to work on the emotional
armor. You said it all. This is really universal. When it's not fat, it's something else that we use
as armor. I'm gonna shut up and think some more about this. Thanks.
Thank you for sharing another beautiful story. Keep up the great work on all fronts.

Josh, I can't believe you were ever as heavy as in the Forbes photo. The Marin Shakes' little video ad is the real you.
